Depends on exactly what manner of porn you are watching. The 'rough' or 'abuse' type porn can be damaging, especially to younger minds, as it is showing an unnatural and unaffectionate perversion of sex. The 'blacked' type stuff is vile and degrading.

If its just a nude woman walking on a beach (can still be classed as porn) then that is fairly innocuous.
