Should I get some ephedrine?
Been taking a break from ephedrine (bronkaid) for about 2 weeks but I feel like getting it to get the extremely energy boost and focus to bet on ufc today. Should I get some or stay on my break?

The bet on UFC part made me lol. Great idea, get high and an inflated sense of confidence that makes you think your bets are going to win.
When I use EC stack, it's very targeted. If my sleep schedule is fucked and I need to fix it, I'll set an alarm for 5-6 AM, immediately take EC stack when the alarm wakes me, then I go back to bed but the EC stack will wake me up an hour after that. Then, since I'm already on EC stack that day, I'll eat less and roll it into a cut.

It can mess with your prostate, though, so cycle off of it if you can't pee good. You also build up a resistance to it if you keep taking it.
There is also internet lore about 'adrenal fatigue' that can result, but iunno if that is a real thing or not.

Yhombine also gave me headaches never again
Bronkaide/ephedrine I know I had it but it's been so long. I mostly used DMAA which is similar but a.different drug. It's what was in jacked 3d but I had the capsules

When it came out (white crosses) I would just buy bottles of 100 tabs on the gas station counter. (Had to be around 1990 or so).
The old supplement days were great (that era). Dan Duchaine and Romano mixing Ultimate Orange (the 1st pre workout) with Orange Tang and Ephedrine powder.
(In their Kitchen, they lived in "same building" apartments). Real sanitary stuff.

I ran an EC stack two different times in my 20s, both ended in under 2 weeks when I inevitably had a day of explosive diarrhea and noped out of it.

Bronkaid is kind of a controlled substace, so you have to show ID and stuff to get it. I go to Walgreens and go to the pharmacy and buy a box for about $15.00.
They will want to scan your ID and you have to sign that you are not gonna make crack out of it or whatever.
If they ask you what it is for, dont tell them the truth, tell them your Doctor told you to keep it on hand for your chronic conngestion or that you have a history of chronic Bronchitis, then buy the caffiene seperate. Any generic caffiene will do.
Here is a pic of what I keep on hand with some random items for scale.
They will want to scan your ID and you have to sign that you are not gonna make crack out of it or whatever.
