it is called - bonesmashing (didnt try it, already handsome - but could always do with a little more ascending)

you are supposed to get micro fractures so the bones grow back thicker and you look more chiseled. cheek bones/jawline. doesnt work though if you are a fatcell as the details wont show

it's how those fkers have strong as fk shin kicks/blocks, because the bone is twice is as thick

Pretty sure it works.

It's the how to do it that's needs to be solved. However even then cheekbones are just one part of the equation. Still have eye area, hairline, etc.

Just waiting til the day to see the line of gymcels waiting to use the bone smashing machine at planet fitness.

Remember how brutal the misc was during the Rudyrude era?

yeah for sure he is going over the top
