Happy hour FTW obviously. I’d be careful exerting yourself if you’ve been jabbed and boosted , as almost 6000 athletes in their prime had heart attacks since the clot shot .

Yeah, I actually feel more like riding my bike, but I definitely need a day off. Might just have to go to the bar. Have been working out hard this week, and another intense workout tomorrow(and might get another ride in tomorrow afternoon).

Nah, I mean the bar is the correct decision. I always get into these patterns of overtraining when the weather starts getting nice, and it actually becomes counterproductive to my progress.

When Sharia law is in place we won’t be able to drink or listen to music anymore, so I have to get rinsed as much as I can now before it’s on the books .

Srs I rode better navigating trails at high speeds on my KX250 if I had 2 beers first . It wasn’t exponential though ,and fell off from there
