I cook eggs as is with a lid on the pan. That steams it and cooks the top too without overcooking so you get fully cooked white and warm liquid yolk. No need to scramble the eggs this way and no need to wash the scrambling bowl.
The only issue is that you need to be somewhat precise about cooking time. It goes from warm liquid to hard solid yolk really fast.

Nope
Pasture raised egg cooked over easy
Sauerkraut
Salmon
Cup of grass fed kefir
Blue berries mixed with plain greek yogurt and raw honey for sweetness
(I don’t eat any of this for breakfast but it is ideal)

Why are you mixing protein powder into greek yogurt when greek yogurt already has a shit ton of protein in it? Never really understood that logic.
Is it for taste? There's about a million things you could add to it for better taste than your 120 calorie per scoop chalky whey protein powder.

All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

I always lol at people buying flavoured Greek yogurt with a ton of sugar … any benefits of the protein is offset by the disgusting, degenerate sugar. Makes me sick.

I eat 8 ounces of wild caught sockeye salmon, jasmine rice, and (insert vegetable: zucchini, broccoli, kale) for breakfast every day.
I enjoy it.
