I miss the OG days of the YouTube Fitness icons like Hodge Twins and others

Around 2012 there were multiple fitness channels on YouTube like Physiques of Greatness, Hodge Twins, and others. At some point, Youtube changed things so those channels now get less traffic.

I’ve seen the hodge twins on Facebook recently (fukkin feed just shows random things now), and it seems like they just post satirical political articles now

I thought you were being serious, I do have a plan for getting in shape, I’m visiting relatives and normally I eat like crap when I’m here, but now I’m eating slightly better. I ordered chicken breasts, eggs, bell peppers, onions, spinach and oranges from Instacart

Their channel Hodge Twins started off a lifting/reviewing supps and carried on like that until about 9 or 10 years ago, when it became more of a fast food review channel. Then around 4 years ago they moved to being a social discussion channel almost like the flick of a switch.

Their other channel Conservative Twins kicked off some 7 years ago and went straight into being a new reaction channel in the model of 'Officer Tatum/Actual Justice Warrior' but with more of a humorous edge.
