In Pumping Iron, who was the bodybuilder who asked Arnold what to say to Lou in New York?

They were on a beach, and the bodybuilder asked Arnold Schwarzenegger what he should say to Lou Ferrigno when he gets to New York.

I think it was Frank Zane, but I’m not completely sure.
