You don't need to scrub your legs to remove dead skin cells. Shit you don't even need the soap for that part of washing. The water alone will wash dead skin cells away retard.

Like I said though, the soap runs down your body so unless you have visible dirt on your legs like some ape that rolls around in the mud all day it's completely unnecessary to scrub your legs.

I actually used to use a wash cloth growing up and yeah I washed my l legs with it

Now I just use the soap I don't use a wash cloth any more and usually I don't wash my shins I was my balls and I guess thighs. I only wash my shins if they are dirty from hiking or sometimes I remember to
