Whatever works boyo, personally I love having a squat rack and an adjustable bench, at some point I will invest in a dual cable system mostly for triceps and shoulders.

So that was the reason I sold them and went with high end bars . Lesson learned
The two top ones don’t get used as I prefer the more aggressive knurling on Rogues full stainless for bench pressing (3rd down)
The 4th one down is their dead lifting bar . I like it because of its narrower diameter
The 5th one down is their squat bar . The extra diameter feels much better while squating srs

Nah bare minimum would be:
-Power rack
-Bench
-Barbell w/plates (at least 300lb worth)
-Adjustable dumbells or power blocks
-Cable machine
You could legit get everything done and do majority of exercises with this setup. Could probably get this all for under 1.5k buying cheap Chinese shit.

1.5K down the tubes and the necessity to have somewhere to put it all

My elbows are so shot I can't even do pullups anymore. Can only do pullovers, so resistance bands or a pully system would be a requirement for me
I could probably get away with having just a set of resistance bands a couple kettlebells tho

If you can snatch a 24kg kettlebell for reps or do 200 swings or goblet squats, halos, TGUs etc. you are strong af.
