I'd like to take that place over and clean it up and secure it. Now, I'm not talking some multi-thousand dollar renovation so you could put it on the market. Just make it habitable; sweep floors and get rid of trash, secure windows, try and get some power supply (like mobile generator) and water sorted, stock food, patch up worst of the holes in walls.

its a pretty cool place. i felt like i was on the set of the walking dead while there. the farm vibes in season 2. was almost xpecting to see a walker roaming out in the field.





also grabbed some newspaper laying around had old nokias on it so probably from mid 90s
