This seems to be happening basically everywhere now. This is why we can't have nice things. So many events getting ruined or shut down early because of groups of "teens".

Same situ in UK. Notting Hill carnival has become an all out crimefest in recent years with TWO people murdered one year and loads of stabbings and HUNDREDS of arrests.
