OpenAI misses revenue targets

Is it the beginning of the end for them? Their models do not seem competitive with the latest stuff Google and Anthropic have been putting out.

If so, feels good. Every time I look at Sam Altman all I see is pure slime. You have to be really sneaky to steal a company (oops, I mean, "non-profit") out from under the nose of Elon Musk.

I hope AI goes open-source, or barring that, that Anthropic wins the race. They're the only ones who even pretend they have principles or a plan for when it starts mass replacing jobs.

I already tried to run my own but I'm not paying $3000 for a GPU just to play around with this stuff. On a regular machine it's borderline useless due to slowness.

One of my strengths is judging character and I can tell VERY fast when someone is a bad person. He is a bad person.

He is not autistic at all - quite the opposite. He is socially skilled and a very smooth liar.

But if you don't believe me, ask yourself these questions:

How did OpenAI somehow go from a nonprofit to a trillion dollar company?

Why did the board of directors of OpenAI vote to fire him (he then outmaneuvered them as well)?

Why did all the founders of OpenAI - Ilya Sutskever, Dario and Daniella Amodei, Elon Musk, Mira Murati, all abandon ship?

Not competitive with Google? Stop trolling, son. Almost none of Google's products are even in the class as either Anthropic's or OpenAI's, and that was true even before the new Spud and Mythos class pretrains. Google has nothing on par with Codex/5.5 or CC/Opus 4.7

do u got any resource like step guide for setting that up? i try to do it with comfy some months past and culd not get it working. even had lora models download and in right folders but the workflow shit was just to confusing.

i most do image to image, multiple image to 1 image, image to video, text to video

You don’t need a GPU. If you have one it just runs faster.

He reminds me of a typical person with ASPD. I caught on it in that tucker interview whentucker gave him shit for assasinating that kid. He lost his composure in there. First he tried to guilt trip tucker for accusing him. He tried to hone on it for like 3 times untill he realized its not gonna help and then he started explaining, wich failed by not being convincing at all.
He got bamboozled and lost his composure, dealt with it like a rookie sociopath.
He can be good in settings without the camera with these tricks. But once the camera is there its just plain rookie shit
