Decided if i was going for 1 eye symbolism i may as well use my real eye

To do some serious damage to Mario. Hexing him at midnight and 3am on the dot until BANG! he's getting what the ancients called "the evil eye"

Miscers I like are immune but as for the ones i dislike (can't hate a stranger) they will still be hexed every time they look at the all pervasive gaze of the midget.
