It's very rare that I see something that I want to buy, but one of them just came onto market and it was literally perfect for me. Prime location, small rooftop private deck with no visibility from anywhere else(so you can party and have sex up there and such without anybody but only tall buildings blocks away could possibly see your activities). 2 Beds, 2.5 baths, exposed brick, everything updated and really nice inside. Only $625k, which is an extremely fair price.

If this were 12 months in the future from now, I literally would have scheduled a showing on day one and paid cash for the full price. But I'm just not quite ready to pull the trigger on buying anything right now. Also, I'm in full grind mode and I woud definitely turn into a moderate degenerate if I bought a place like that and would start drinking 3-4x per week. But I doubt a place like that which checks every box for me will come available again. And if it does, the price will be something silly like $800k.

It's not some shit Condo, it's definitely a grown ass man condo located in a historic building where you have a private entrance that leads directly out onto the street with a ton of good bars and restaurants within a block. It would definitely not be a good idea for me to buy something like that now, as I'd definitely be forced to pick my social life back up in a big way. But damn, it would be worth it.
