It's just making their karma which was inevitably going to come for them anyway hit them like a landslide

u cannot hex the blameless or a person of faith and truth. Everyone that's got merked by me certainly deserved it. It isn't doing something to someone like people imagine it's just speeding up the karmic process for the despicable things they've done or how they;ve treated people in the past and making them pay for it FAST

that's why it seems like a hex, but a true hex is exactly what i described. You will just get what;s coming to a lot faster
