Rate no alcohol/nicotine progress

Started tracking since February 1

Alcohol really is the worst with a massive caveat - for “some” people including myself but not for those who can have fun and not be absolute morons

i had 9 beers yesterday. trying to keep it under 10 when i do drink to get drunk now. but i have to drink them within like 2-3 hours

Thanks man I appreciate that … still in very early days and haven’t really tested myself in environments where booze is prevalent, that’s always been my Achilles heel when it comes to drinking - peer pressure, trying to fit in and being around it.

I do agree drinking is the worst. Every statistics shows this.

Yeah I do agree but the excess damage on the liver, kidneys, and heart is a billion times more destructive than any doom scrolling. Doom scrolling too much doesn't cause seizures either.

I miss it all a lot tho and it hasn’t even been a month lmao

Nothing like getting a few pints in and hitting the nicotine vape with the anticipation of the night ahead … just thinking about this spikes my dopamine and gives me a sense euphoria

Also I don’t think quitting is great for your social life tbh … I just realized that all my male friendships just revolve around pre gaming and then heading out to try and pick up girls … not like you’re gonna ask your buddies to go for nice walks with you or to the museum

It has its downsides tbh and if you can handle your booze and not make terrible life altering decisions while drunk Im not entirely certain it’s worth giving up
