you wont need caffeine just try 10mg tops at first and see how you feel. should be plenty for first time. keep in mind some are instant release and the capsules with beads are extended release

It's honestly a toss up.

Some people can just take it when they need it. When they don't, they don't think about it.

Some just don't like the feeling. Stay on it for a bit then decide it's not for them.

Some people, the moment they take it, game over. Completing everything you needed in such a timely span. Then jacking off for 18 striaght hours. Months striaght, till you're pretty much fuked up your life. But at least you got those menial tasks done at first.
