Every doctor and diabetes specialist I’ve talked to so far says it’s a 2 beer maximum daily for a man with diabetes. Well there’s no fking point to that lol . It’s unfortunate that I can’t just drink 15 at once every two months , but bing drinking destroys the pancreas apparently .
I guess the good news is by sustaining from alcohol I may finally lose weight . B4 I’d lose 10 pounds only to put it back on after getting yucky again

Exactly . I don’t want to end up shooting up insulin all the time , and that would be the next step backwards. When I first got diagnosed the doctors thought I’d definitely be insulin dependent, but I proved them wrong as soon as I started watching my diet and exercised .
My eyesight returned to . I had no idea I was going blind from diabetes and thought I was just spending too much time on my iPad and not taking breaks .
It got to a point where I couldn’t bother watching tv anymore as it was too blurry . But thankfully my vision improved bigly after quitting anything with sugar .
Srs I just assumed I needed glasses . I got prescription glasses for the first time in my life ,but when my vision returned I had to change the prescription.
Probably have 20/25 without glasses and 20/20 with glasses now .
Luckily I caught it in time

2 beer max per day. 14 beers per week average (depending on how many days you think are in a week ofc)

Dont drink anything for 6 straight days. Day 7, start building that tower boyo. Srs, vry srs.

Srs I’m not drinking anything or touched a beer since the middle of May . If I drank 2 a day I’d never lose weight no matter what , not to mention I don’t like drinking very often .
I’m just bummed out that I can’t get rinsed on occasion, as bing drinking hard like I do is dangerous AF for your pancreas .
Maybe next year if things improve I’ll try , but by the sounds of it once the damage is done your tour is over
