Music sucks. Movies suck. Gaming sucks. Anything mainstream drops like a rock. Sloots are joining OF by the bus load. Degeneracy is at an all time high.

Nothing really has substance anymore, you have to dig for it.

Humans have never once even come close to being as developed or intelligent as they believe themselves to be.

Humans are primal af, but they are ashamed of that so they lie about it.

Chase the next dopamine rush.

Technology is a double edged sword that has opened access to near-unlimited information, while simultaneously dumbing us down.

This is an 8th grade aptitude test from 1912:

How many 8th graders today can calculate percentages by hand, define patent rights or sketch a picture of Peter Stuyvesant?

When I was growing up we already relied on calculators and keyboards.

Imagine how retarded Gen Alpha is going to be with AI embedded in their curriculum.

It has to be the phone man

I remember in university back in 2010 before short form content, doom scrolling and all of that I could sit there and study for an exam for 5 hours

Now I’d be lucky to concentrate for 5 mins

There are some good questions on here but so much is just pure bullshit trivia, lol. You could easily pass this without understanding any of it just by cramming.

A modern test would have fewer “name” and “when” questions and more “how” and “describe” ones, which makes more sense.
