Is everyone here just a fat fuck who goes for walks as their exercise now?
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

It works. It's also a good idea for people who are heavy to protect their joints. Why not be supportive of a people who are trying to improve themselves?

I'm cutting so I walk to Arbys to get two of their half pound roast beef sandwiches (I take the bread off of one of them) and then walk back home with them.

What wasn't supportive in that post? I never said don't go for your walks.

You probably heard it a million times, but getting on a dietary plan..keto or whatever is the way. Lost 40 lbs myself on keto some yrs ago. Maybe not for everyone tho. However you do it I wish you good luck mate.

the best diet is the diet you can stick to. And I prefer to think of it as a lifestyle, rather than a diet, because a diet almost implies that you're doing something drastically different than just living normal life with certain controls.

You're right. In my case it (weight loss) seemed to maintain years after when going back to normal foods, so something really reset me there. We are all different tough.

I keep telling myself I'll stop eating like an ass hole but I never do. What even more remarkable is how great I feel when I stick to my plan vs. when I eat like an ass hole.... yet I still veer off track to eat like an ass hole.
