Why is Gary banned?

If he's not unbanned immediately I'm gone.

Exactly like the kind of senior management that doesn't acknowledge all of the foundational work, that was developed and run through multiple iterations, that made validation and completion of the project possible in the first place, but instead recognises a single 3 hour run that was done off the back of other people's work in the first place.
