I went in for the lunch special and the girl behind the counter said one second and went to the back to be on her phone for 5 minutes. That's shitty customer service folks.

Edit: The lady told me one second, after she asked what burger I wanted for the lunch special, I asked what burgers do you have? She didn't answer my question but directed me to the poorly lit menu. Then she told me one second. So I waited over a minute as a customer inquiring about the lunch special when I was directed 1 second. So that is the definition of shitty customer service, don't try to argue it because you'll just end up looking further stupid. I'll tell my wife to not order from this location neither. We take feedback very seriously. Your review really caught us by surprise, as we have great employees who have excellent customer service. It’s been praised by almost all of our customers.

Luckily, we have very good cameras at the restaurant and were able to look at what exactly happened right away.

You came into the restaurant at 2:36pm. The employee was making a dirty soda and answered a question you had about the menu. She then asked you to give her 2 min while you're looking at the menu and she will be right back to help you. The time was 2:36:35pm. She then went to the kitchen and finished making a milkshake, and was on her way back to the front to check in with you, but you walked out of the restaurant at 2:37:49pm.

She was gone for 1 min 14 seconds during which time she was not on her phone at all, but was actually working. We’re surprised that you claimed she was on her phone in the back, as we can see you looked through the kitchen window on a few occasions and would have seen her working.

Please do not make false comments and accusations about employees who are doing their jobs. We take this very seriously and do not stand for it. We have great employees at this restaurant who work very hard and are excellent at what they do. We always stand behind them and do our due diligence before thinking any member of the staff did anything wrong. Making accusations like this can cause someone to be falsely disciplined or worse, terminated.

It is unfortunate that you were in a rush, as our fried chicken sandwiches are delicious and loved by many, and you can’t go wrong with a $9.99 lunch deal!
