Late night dinner

Made a slow cooker pork loin, carrots, red potatoes. Roasted some brussels sprouts with bacon, parmesan and threw in a batch of cheddar biscuits.



I'm starving...good night. :)

Wouldn't mind you as a late night dinner... sorry that was too easy. i've never put pork in a slow cooker, only beef to make pot roast. this recipe: https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/16066/awesome-slow-cooker-pot-roast/ .

You should try it, it's very good.. only difference i do is i use stock(whatever kind you like) instead of the water and i add in baby carrots, baby red potatoes and some sliced mushrooms and onion. also i coat the roast with a mixture of flour, salt & pepper and sear it. in the reviews theres some other suggests. the gravy can be a little watery but i know you know how to thicken a sauce

Anyways back to the topic

never liked brussel sprouts , my parents love them. alsoo i thought that biscuit was mashed potatoes

Right now, nearly 4pm its 52.34F or 11.3C. We dont go much past freezing here in winter though, no snow where I am either.
