I thought this whole time this was a work.. Guy kinda deserved it pouring a beer on and throwing it at him when they were just outside chilling or where ever it was again. but  $81,703.38 to get your ass kicked, might be worth it.

Like 8pieces said, should get 90 years. Guy was completely knocked out and he then hit him over and over again while he was down until someone pulled him off.

Usually when there is a plea deal, the prosecution accepts it for an exchange such as admitted guilt in a case where they may not be able to prove and cooperation. He plead no contest because there was no point in a contest, they had all the evidence they needed to where a trial would be more or less a formality. I'm not saying don't give them a plea deal, but not something to generous. Not only are they letting this rabid animal back out on the street but it gives encouragement to others like him that they know they can do something like this and get off.
