Assuming she's extremely hot and has a good personality and high paying job?

If I was 36 and wanted kids I'd be looking a bit younger than 35. But if I'd been looking for a good woman for years and I finally found her when I was 36 and she happened to be 35 I wouldn't let that stop me. Two kids should still be possible if you don't dilly dally much.

This woman will be 36 this year and 40 in 4 years. I remember when I was in my mid to late twenties that 35 year old women were OLD, and now thinking about settling with one I'm not sure what to think. She seems pretty easy going but I feel like I can see the age in her eyes.
I could definitely find someone much younger but again.. this girl is a 9/10. I won't be bagging a 9/10 girl in her 20s.
