I've heard running clubs are the easiest way to smash girls in the current environment. Tons of wives cheating on their husbands with guys from run clubs as well.

Nah, running clubs are great if you are in a long training schedule for variety on long runs specifically. No social media brah so I am not aware of that aspect.

yeah people who do excessive running into old age actually have all kinds of problems with their legs and feet. I even knew a runner in his mid 50s who needed a hip replacement and the VA refused to give him one kept saying he is too young. He didnt want to go on opiods so he tried to deal with major hip pain using asprin and ibuprofen until he gets old enough they agree to surgery
