the trick is you just use the same pet name for all the girls and respond with that since it’s what you always call her irl, and you make it something unusual so they all think it’s special to them, something like “my little petunia”

You don’t answer it. I get spam texts all the time with random messages so I’d play it off in person with each girl and ask if that was them or if I was getting scammed (and didn’t want to respond).
