Bought my supper for OMAD today

A whole chicken and a head of broccoli

Might have some potatoes too

Dont hate me boyos, I bought what was cheap but also healthy, I wanted ground beef but its like 6.00 a pound.

Not sure how I'll prepare the chicken, cutting it up seems like a good idea, my go to is usually pan fried with some oil, but I'm thinking I might bake it.

A fucking head of broccoli is 4.00

Thats how much the chicken was, I remember when I could get chicken for like 50 cents a pound.

Just had the chicken and broccoli, feeling stuffed, gonna see how I react to low fat/low carb, never tried it before, always was under the belief that fat is important so never really experimented with it.
