I'm at 11 minutes. But the way you can just answer these questions in a correct way impresses me. I don't know if this is natural or a muscle you've trained. Or maybe it's been habituated? I really don't know but anyway I'm gonna finish the video.

Give LDAR a shout out. Pronounce it Ell-darh. Just say, "What's up Ell-darh".
Anyway, great video

Weigh yourself now so you know the starting weight of your cut
also take some pics of your physique so you have it for before and after, regardless if you ever show it on misc or not atleast you have it for yourself

Ok listened to most of it and going to have to disagree with the answer for brad, but OP is not a substance addict, which im not either
but hes had 30 days clean, telling him to see if he can do a day and then reward himself the next day by using again is terrible advice.
realistically especially for alcohol he will have to decide if he is an all or nothing person or someone who can have just a few beers and be fine.
He will lose out his core friend group now who are all the party type and have to replace them with new hobbies and new friends but even non drinking focused hobby groups will sometimes go hit up a brewery which are popular now and if he is the only one there slaming 10 beers while everyone else sips 2 beers it would be a mess. so have to decide for himself what kind of drinker he is. For the other stuff it is probably easier cutting that off entirely and being around people who dont do that stuff.
30 days is good progress should keep it up and they have online zoom AA meetings it dont cost nothing to go on one dont even have to show your face.
