I have no doubt that "ActuallyWincel" is actually, Wincell.

What he means is they can be great if they work with him, but if they don't, terrible, will fail, miserable, pathetic. lol

What is wild about China is they have more people with IQ's over 120 than the US has in total population. Even if China is doing well, they have so much potential but due to so much internal corruption and top down government it holds them back.
