PSA - Cut Your Meat Up In Small Pieces And Chew

I almost choked to death today eating my New York Strip. I never thought it could happen to me. Very scary. Steak got plugged in throat. Wouldn't go down, wouldn't come up. I thought I was a goner. I haven't choked like this since I was a little kid. Finally I was able to gargle it up. Very fucking scary. Be careful out there.

I only have myself to blame. I eat way too fast, cut the pieces way too big, left the fat on, and cook it really rare. It's like a plunger in the throat. Very dangerous combination. And I live alone so there's nobody to save me. It would probably be days before they even found the body. Be very careful because it can happen to you. I was lucky. Remember this when you're eating meat.
