I just measured my height and I lost 0,5 cm of height

this is the worst day of my life and thats coming from a guy who lost his hair at 21 and lost his child at 25

this is on another level, watching yourself disintegrate into dust

woke up an hour ago and measured myself again, hoping I would have bounced back. It's the same as yesterday, tour is over
