Money and capitalism is the root of all evil

You shouldn’t worship money, it’s just a piece of paper.

Define problem

People have always sought to acquire things other have that would make their life better. Taking land and resources if you have the means isn't really problematic - it's simply survival of the fittest.

You are right money is just the neutral tool. Having it in today's world means a better life which in essence is our form of survival of the fittest. Of course you can argue you only need a certain amount to actually survive, but having more generates insurances that are embedded in the root desire.

For instance, if you are wealthy enough you could hire own private security detail. You might say, "well that's just unnecessary".... and odds are you are right, except for those unlucky few that one day a random event happens where it isn't unnecessary. Maybe you never use the extra security, but your chances of surviving are that much more secure if you do thanks to money.

Is that really problematic or just doing everything in your nature to survive?
