How can you be this big and call yourself a "trainer" and be this fat? (pic attached)

This is one of the trainers at my local crunch (hoboken, nj).


Either she's been skipping on the diet portion of training or the definition of fit has changed.

Some girls are a little softer. It’s ok for them to have some body fat. I’m looking at her shoulders, neck and posture . She looks sturdy to me. The one she is training does not look fit to me but not super far away from it neither

Although I’m also likely to see the same sturdiness in sometime that is very overweight if it is something that exists.

Personal trainers from commercial gyms are there for moral support not actual gains.
Also if you wanted to see skinny broads go to the climbing gyms nearby, they have all of the ltc crews

90% of personal trainers are out of shape


The amount of people actually in shape these days is much smaller than you realize. I see the same people up at the gym all the time and 90% of them are out of shape too.... and this is the population that's showing up regularly.

The bar is so low in this country it blows my mind
