my dad is older than him and looks 10 years younger, dont do steroids kids

and my dad was a factory worker and labourer for most of his life. Now he just has the beer gut and skinny legs but still able to move about like he's 40

Don Frye's body is completely fked up. Not only was he a fighter, but he was in some type of bad accident as well if I remember correctly. Guy is probably in agonizing pain 24/7






Frye endured a career full of injuries stemming from his time in both professional wrestling and mixed martial arts (MMA), which resulted in multiple broken backs, necks, and shoulders. In 2010 and 2011, he underwent five back surgeries where titanium rods were used to fuse over ten vertebrae. [1, 2]Roughly a year later, Frye was involved in a severe truck accident caused by a tire blowout. His vehicle bounced off a guardrail multiple times, resulting in trauma that snapped the titanium rods in his back. He lived with the broken hardware—which was cutting his insides—for two and a half years before undergoing an 11-hour surgery in 2016 to repair the damage. [1, 2]

My dad wrestled at Taft and in college.

His back is so bad he looks like a hobbit next to his kids - 2 slipped discs. And he has done yoga since the 80s.

Wrestling at a high level will crush you in the future.
