Roast My Grocery Run (Pic)

First grocery run since I've decided to get back in shape (diet & exercise). How did I do Misc? Did I dun goof'd and waste $147?

Brotein
- Chicken Titty - will marinate and cook
- Italian Sausage - Good when I'm lazy and just want to throw something on the stove.
I buy a little protein as I can quickly run to the grocery store on my bike to get more and don't have to worry about it going bad.

Vegetables
Veggie or Salad to accompany my meals (lunch & DinDin).
Celery - When I'm stoned and am craving food in my mouth. One stick is about 9 cal.

Fruit
To be put in a smoothie or a small snack when I'm hungee.
- BlueBerry
- Banana
- Pineapple
- Kombucha - I love Kombucha, I'll drink it when I don't have a smoothie that day.

Other
Greek Yogurt - For breakfast, no fruit == no sugar.
Avocado - for a snack when I'm hungee
Peanuts - Also a snack, I know they're calorie dense so I need to be careful how much I consume.
Seltzer - The healthy soda, no sodium or sugar.
Hefty Ziplock Bags - To marinate my chicken titties in.
Charmin TP - To wipe my protein shits.

But carbs are the devil! Aren't those calories (in carb form) going to be worthless to me?

i checked, it's even worst it wvs $170. This is shoprite (regional grocer). I'm in NYC too.

The Kombucha's are pretty expensive at $10 a pop.

I can't wait to get back to Colombia, this would cost me $30 there.

potatoes are meh. it's poor people food that will sustain you at ultra low cost. there are far more nutritious foods out there.

chicken, salmon, sardines, eggs, walnuts. these are all better than potatoes.
