Aware Me On Anything Good From Trader Joe's

Is there anything high protein worth getting from TJ's?

I don't like going there because I dont need to eat 200 cal, phaggy, frost cookies. Feels like everything except the dried bananas (very good) is just processed crap...waste of calories.

Worst quality food ever. I’m always amazed at the people that shop there. It confuses me. It’s gotta be like mob mentality or something.

I like two things they have.

Tamales - I’ll find a picture - not sure about the protein


And their chocolate babkas. I will actually go buy one sometimes but they hit the spot for me.

96/4 ground beef, their seasonal banana pudding ice cream in the spring, frozen pork and ginger soup dumplings, orange chicken, the low calorie and low fat guacamole thats made with greek yogurt, ice cream bon bons. I miss the seafood stew called “cioppino” that they used to have. I know this is a lot of high calorie low/moderate protein slop, but it tickles the taste buds. 😊
