but ultimately this place needs a mod. however when that time comes. Allfather needs to either reset the mods reps to zero or not allow the mod to get a huge boost in reps. or just lock his reps at where it's at when they become a mod.

I think this solves a lot of issues and everyone would be happy.

I think mod reps/negs were a useful tool tbh. Some chit didn't warrant a ban, but a hefty neg would help keep chit in line to some degree.

The problem is when Mods would just rep their pals, or neg for no reason (like Iceman negging people to offset the fact he had a microdick and his arsehole was blown out from years of BBC addiction). So you sort of need mods who aren't kunts, or liable to go on a power trip.

I dunno, I remember a few mods being okay on old Misc. Wasn't Procta one? Rich is a good guy. Country Mike could take a joke.

there was some good mods on the surface but majority were rep trading.. the thing is i don't think any of our current members who i think would be fair, would want to be a mod and have to keep all us idiots in line. .
