Reparations to the third world is nothing but a grift at this point for those who will manage the funds.

More importantly, pointed out in the video, is that every single third world country that has experienced colonialism is magnitudes better off economically than those countries that did not. Colonialism jump started their economies and it is they who really should be paying reparations.
