yeah KD and tuna is good as fuck. funny thing is growing up id be forced to eat it and hated it bc we were poor for some time. i just wanted the KD not the tuna mixed in. thought it ruined it. now I cant eat KD without tuna in it or it tastes bland to me. you got to put the juices from the tuna can into er and everything that's the secret n let er simmer for a few minutes. u can find boxes of kd on sale often for like 99 cents and cans of tuna for like 2$. good protein and carbs if ur on a budget
