OP why are you recording a video while driving srs.
i would take it one step further - stop the obsession with exercise in general. exercise is good for health, but it's not great for weight loss.
weight loss is 90% diet. focus on improving your diet.
if you are not a professional athlete, then there is no reason to torture yourself in the gym. it's not necessary.

That’s kind of like saying the only thing that matters to lose weight is a calorie deficit. True enough. But macros dictate how much of that weight loss is fat and how much is muscle.
That said, if you don’t like lifting weights, and you think it’s torture, like you said in your post, don’t do it. Find some other way to contract your muscles.
I like lifting weights. I’ve been doing it since I was 15 years old. But I don’t think it’s for everybody. 🤷🏼

I walk 90 minutes every day,5.25 miles and it's fantastic for weight loss. It's simple, sustained caloric deficit with adequate protein. And how you achieve that is up to you, don't complicate things. And don't think you're some sort of sage because you've lost a few pounds

I didn't watch the vid but strongly agree with the title
People need to just do some intense exercises that make their bodies adapt and quit chimping out about details

When you're starting out or even in your first 2 years, good enough safe technique is sufficient. If you have that then it's mostly about the intensity you bring to your training because without that you won't progress on your lifts even if you have the perfect program, nutrition plan and recovery (because when you train like a pussy there's nothing to recover from). With that said, technique absolutely matters if you want to maximise your performance on a lift. It's just that at that level, technique improvements manifest as small changes over time instead of overanalysing everything when you haven't even tried anything yet.
