If you want to self improve learn to be comfortable with complete silence.

You would be better off sitting in a nature with no access to technology for a day or 2 than listening to any of these self improvement gurus - which btw is complete mental masturbation and no better than scrolling TikTok for your source of dopamine.

Tony Robins is performative and exploits people’s emotions for money.

Every audience member that he has some meaningful intimate but stern eye opening interaction with is 100% a paid actor.

It is all bullshit.

However, many of the concepts they discuss are extremely helpful in learning how to navigate this world.

You don’t need to pay thousands of dollars to achieve that wisdom though.
