Sloot mogs most miscers with 300 lb bench.
Apparently there's a bunch of cope from weak men in the comments section of the original video. Samples below.
1. "Oh she only benches that much because of her arch." Your skinny and/or weak ass would tear a pec just from holding that much weight at lockout, let alone lowering the bar as much as she does.
2. "Elbows not going below 90 degrees. Dumbbells have much more ROM." What the fuck are you talking about? Motherfucker your elbows don't even hit parallel on anything remotely heavy with dumbbells. In practice people always go deeper with barbells compared to dumbbells when the heavy is weight. Heavy dumbbells have massive heads that prevent further depth whereas a barbell is thin and allows for more depth.
3. "She wouldn't bench as much with a flat back". Firstly, you're a moron or inexperienced if you bench with a flat back. No wonder you have zero chest and your shoulders are fucked up. Secondly, someone who can bench 300 lb/135 kg with a big arch can still easily rep 2 plates with a small arch which is a lot more than the people criticising the lift can do.
I'm all for calling out sloots on their bullshit but why is the gym scene full of guys that are so clueless about how to bench?

I do most of my benching with an arch but I also do some with my feet up and no arch. Flat back benching absolutely hits chest better. At least for me it does.

I could definitely box jump higher than her or knock her out with an overhand right so the mogger is me, the mogged is her.

Bench press is a pretty useless measure of strength unless you're tall and in shape
Being fat or a midget makes the range of motion ridiculous and the lift meaningless

I doubt she'd give a very pleasant handy. Even if she doesn't straight rip your cock off, the callouses'll make it feel like you're getting jacked off by a builder or some shit.

Didn’t some powerlifting organizations issue new rules to cut out the nonsense with the contortion benchers, with a collar to collar hand position on the bench? Anyone remember the 13 year old Russian girl that was benching big numbers like 12+ years ago? Her arch was comical in comparison to this girl and it was confirmed that she was on gear.

Yeah I remember there being a video of a Russian girl benching a lot of weight with a tiny ROM. Pretty messed up they put on juice at 13.

Came in expecting her to arch so much that the press was an inch total like I’ve seen b4 . That’s impressive, but I’d still like to see what she can do without an arch period .
It’s getting to a point where you make as well, just say they’re doing decline benching .
In my 40’s I benched 275-1 and clean . I did 280 once but don’t even count it because I was struggling and arched my back .
