Srs I think the guy has extreme Attention Deficit Disorder, always procrastinating and then doing all nighters on speed (sends mails in the middle of the night, signs into my government apps in the middle of the night)

He is cheap compared to the competition and I feel like he gets the job done if I put in enough effort
