It's thicker than some of the others too. I hate the thin bars, I always replace them with the thicker ones.

Can't do close-grip bench. Even before I had shoulder issues it would tweak the FUK out of my anterior delt/rotator cuff. Nowadays? Hard pass. Maybe I'm just doing them wrong form wise though.

It can cause a lot of internal shoulder rotation at the bottom. Shoulder width is probably the closest you should go for it.
