I wouldnt call it a healthy maxxed breakfast. That looks like a nothing burger to me.
What u got going on in there is not as nutrient dense.
The cucumber onion tomato stuff, very small amount. The bread itself has some minerals no vitamins. Eggs are the nutrient dense aspect of this meal.
So if we put this meal side by side with say 2 oranges and 2 eggs.
This pales by comparison

It's 2026, there's no such thing as a "hot girl who needs to be set up" anymore. 10 years ago, yes this was possible. But if she's 7/10+ and can't get a man on her own, she's likely mentally ill.
