The best thing about transitioning (no mario) from red wine to vodka

Flies especially fruit flies never get in my drink, they avoid vodka like the plaque. I had to cover my glasses of red wine in the summer but they ain't goin nowhere near my vodka

Even though I'm an alcoholic and on my last drink and need more but it's late, I'd throw a glass of red wine out if a fly flew into it.

They're allergic to vodka or the smell must make them think twice anyone know the science behind this phenomenon?

i made the mistake of letting fruit flies fester once and that was it. i couldnt even take a sip of beer without 1 wanting to kamikaze into my mouth. they wont like vodka bc it smells and tastes like hair spray

Just get a 2nd coaster to place over your wine glass.


Wine is definitely better to drink than hard liquor, and the flies avoid it because its pure poison (vodka).


Stick to beer and wine, taper down, the hard stuff sucks for hangovers and shit.
