NMN Supplements 1000mg (Nicotinamide Mononucleotide)

ANyone hear of this stuff? Sposed to give you energy, focus etc etc. Thought about giving it a shot? Or should i just buy some cool ranch doritos?

Sounds like bs. The only essential supplements are caffeine, nicotine, booze and testosterone.

I take it sometimes, seems to have a noticable effect but I also have other supps

I would say it's alright but not on the same level as methyl blue (?), but that also gave my stomach cramps

Take some apigenin too if you take NMN. Get parsley powder instead if you can't find apigenin since it's the best natural source

We have an enzyme called CD38 which likes to consume our NAD. Apigenin inhibits the CD38 enzyme so you'll keep more of that precious NAD your body makes from taking NMN supplements

It's better to take the precursor NMN, or even NR

Taking NAD pills won't do much because it has very poor bioavailability. Kind of like taking NAC to make glutathione because glutathione has poor bioavailability
