Do you take melatonin?

Srs, on the fence about taking it. Some people say you get cool dreams or whatever, but become reliant on it and might have to go through a sleepless night to get your body to produce it naturally again.

yes, nightly, and have for maybe 10 years now, 5mg.


Makes me sad that I ever started, life is too busy for me ever to pause and try to course correct. It also helps me get tired really well, so there's that...

yes every night. about 100mg of the fast release pills. just a smidge on.

-vivid dreams every other night. sometimes they're cool. often times, they mess with your head.
-affects mood a lot. makes me irritable
-can sometimes make me groggy aff the next morning.

still worth it. instead of doom scrolling for hours trying to fall asleep, I knock out when I want to

Works good, makes you groggy in the morning. You also development a tolerance so I only recommend it once in a while when needed imo

100mg?? that's about 90mg too much m8. Yeah i've took it before can confirm it gives u vivid dreams but i stopped because it definitely makes u groggy in the morning. It was hard to open my eyes for a couple hours

I just stopped taking it after using it for around a year straight. I stopped because I was inexplicably tired during the day. It was wonderful when I started it, but it's been equally as wonderful finally stopping it.
