560 LBS deadlift for 5 reps at 6'0 and 221 LBS. Natural.

Updates since I haven't posted on the original MISC since December 2018 are........

560 LBS for 5 reps on deadlifts at 6'0 and 221 LBS.

From 2021.

PR...

Previous PR was something like 550 for 2 on an Olympic barbell dating back numerous times to 2011 at body weights of 213-235 LBS.

And yeah the MISC was the best in 2013 because that was the year I set an Unofficial WR for fastest 400 meter dash ever ran at body weights over 215 LBS and heights less than 6'0 tall. Which i'll get into on a different thread..

Done on a Texas Deadlifting Barbell.

Which is about 20 LBS easier to do than the Olympic..

Still a PR though regardless..

I won.

I beat the casino.

Bigger, faster, stronger, and HOTTER than all.

Nobody can compete.

Oh and forgot to mention... Did this in Nike Tennis shoes and no belt....

Just those two things right here equals a 50 LB addition....

So this is like the equivalent of 610 for 5 with Nike powerlifting shoes and a PRO weight belt.....

LOL. I'm just too good at what I do.. 610 for 5 is almost damn near Layne Norton strength levels for deadlifts and I already got Layne beat at bench...

Let me see.. I know I can throw in one more addition to this.. Oh yeah.. I could use a legal deadlifting suit and get another 30 LBS out of this.. So that now goes to 640 for 5 with those 3 things......

640 for 5 is just about a 690 for 1 deadlift...

So great.. I'm at a 690 for 1 deadlift at 41 years old like I was in 2021.... Naturally and without the use of steroids.

But hold on.. I know I can think of 1 more trick the powerlifting community likes to use....
I could have used just another simple 50 times too small under shirt and that adds like another 10 lbs to this for 5.. So now this goes to a 650 for 5.. Which is the equivalent of 700 for 1... So Layne has me beat by 41 LBS on deadlifts.. Big deal.. It's not even something I focus on and I only deadlift one time every two weeks and only 2 sets, the warmup set of 2 and then the set of 5......

And those were just the natural additions...

I could do a steroid equivalent...

STeroid users see up to 350 LBS on deadlifts... So add in 350 to this.. So pretty much the equivalent of 1050 for 5 if I were a fake ass piece of garbage steroid user loser like 90 percent of the powerlifting community is.
